• Only women and girls native to Rajasthan state are eligible for this scheme.
• There is no age limit for this.
• This scheme is for those girls or women of Rajasthan who cannot go to regular colleges due to various reasons.
• This scheme is only for distance education.
• If any female candidate is taking a scholarship from any other scheme of the state government, she will not be eligible for it.
